Excellent stay at the Red Lion. John, the landlord, is a lovely bloke and nothing was too much trouble for him. Breakfast was freshly cooked and lovely. The room was airy, bright and warm. Very comfortable. Lovely big shower room with fluffy towels and nice toiletries. Had a couple of pints in the pub on the evenings-definitely a pub you’d want as your local. Very attractive rural hotel in Lincolnshire. The rooms were located in the grounds of the pub. Across a parking area from you the pub terrace. Our room was spacious and well equipped with a walk in wet room designed to accommodate disabled visitors. The pub was atypical of a rural pub with reasonably priced drinks. The restaurant was not open owing to staff illness albeit we were given choices of pubs restaurants nearby for evening meals. The licence was very pleasant and clearly made every effort to provide a high level of customer service.
