"The staff at this hotel were honestly great super helpful and friendly, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the condition of the property itself was disappointing. I had to deal with roaches on three separate occasions, which was unsettling to say the least. On top of that, there was a loud, awful noise coming from my sink that would start up randomly, including in the middle of the night. I ended up fixing it myself, only to realize the noise was also coming from the room next to mine....
