« Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The property looks really nice from the outside and our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, there was some mold in the top of the shower. The reception area smells very very moldy/musty. The day that we arrived, there was a nasty rotten trash, smell closer to the elevators, which didn’t exist when we departed. « The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The property overall is not well maintained. The pool is out of service and ice machines and vending machines are missing or inoperable. The landscaping is full of weeds. I don’t know what the breakfast substance was but it was not eggs. »

« it was a very pleasant experience very nice hotel just about everything within walk in distance the mayo clinic is about 5 blocks away they also have a shuttle if you don't feel like walking or driving overall very nice hotel »

« Desk clerk did not greet us and was indifferent with our disappointment that the room we reserved months in advance was occupied. No information was given about breakfast, hot tub being out of order or location of the elevators. Just a shrug and " down that way". Toilet was installed on an angle from the wall, paper holder was installed crooked , mold on floor tiles and safety grip was installed on the wrong side of the shower that would only help you step out of the shower and onto the toilet....

« The hotel appeared to be under construction, with yellow tape hanging everywhere. The front desk sells snacks but didn't take cash (and was a bit rude about it). The gym has no sauna and the hot tub isn't very hot. The breakfast was great and the room was clean. It's right across from the Mayo Clinic, a convenient walk across the street. »
