The staff was very friendly. The room was small enough for a solo traveler. But there was no place to put my suitcase. I enjoyed the video on the big screen. It was a pity that there was no lobby.

Too difficult to check in the room is very small for two people and horrible smells if cigarettes tho location is perfect near to everything nut very expensive no breakfast ! And staff was a little but u helpful with checking in and finding my reservations i dont think i will come back sorry!

1.The room was not clean, even the cleaning was not thorough once every three days. 2.They also forgot to give me one daily's supplies. 3.The worst thing was that if I opened the window, the cooking fumes from downstairs would float in. I couldn't open the window at all, and it was difficult to breathe. 4.The staff coundn't know the English word Toothbrush and Toothpaste. 5.The bed is not comfortable at all. 6.The room is tiny, Frustrated and depressed.

駅からとても近くて、2部屋予約しており、隣の希望の要望にも親切に対応して頂きました。 手軽に食べられる朝食もセットしました。 混雑はしていましたが、定員さんの対応がとても良く効率よくお客様を回していました。 また、大浴場もあり、とても快適でした。
