Overall our stay was okay. However, I noticed that there were so many things scattered around especially the hallways that I find unsafe in an event of an emergency.

I booked this property for three nights, but I ended up leaving after one night. I should have known when I saw it informed me to check in via a machine...
The rooms are small. The bathrooms are small and awkward, with the sink outside of the bathroom. Yes, they will refresh towels and trash daily, but actual room cleaning is only once every three days. And the elevators are absolutely atrocious. I had to wait 15-20 minutes just to get an elevator.
It was a mistake to stay here, and I won't do it again.

We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made.
The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

Poorly designed. Had a two bedroom suite and the bedrooms had no privacy. One bedroom didn’t even have a door on it, just open to the living room. Kitchen poorly stocked and don’t have the are essentials. Would not stay again.

The Grand Hyatt Seoul has a fantastic location above Itaewon with beautiful views, and that's about all it has going for it.
