"Great location! Excellent amenities with a snack cash bar and free bike rental. There is also a wonderful attached restaurant downstairs. Staff is friendly, but check in took a long time, even with the kiosks. Seems to be a lot of confusion with the system. A reminder, in this part of midtown most hotels have tiny rooms, even smaller than a few blocks north or south. Our first room wasn’t going to work because it had floor to ceiling windows, even in the bathroom, and the shade was broken. Second room wasn’t fine, bed average comfort."
