"The worst stay me and family ever had…. The stuff was rude to me and my children at pool and hotel.. security come to the door at midnight while we were sleeping and said there was a noise complaint on us … I just won’t ever go back"

"Amazing time. Check in was a little confusing but once we figured that out it was smooth sailing. Staff was very attentive and quick to respond when needed. Room was clean and quiet. Absolutely loved the balcony over the trees. Wish we could of stayed longer we will be back for sure!!"

"Room was fine limited supplies. The upsetting part was the booking claimed to have waterpark passes included. When we arrived I found out theat the policy had changed and not only were the waterpark passes not included but the hotel was not offering any individual sales of waterpark passes. "

"We were disappointed with our stay overall. When we arrived, there were a few immediate concerns — including blood on the lamps in the bedroom, which was very unsettling and raised cleanliness concerns right away. Our receipt also listed “waterpark add-ons,” however we were told we could not access any of the Chula Vista Resort Waterparks waterparks, which was confusing and frustrating since it was included on the booking details. Guest services through Chula Vista and through VBRO were not helpful either. We ended up spending another $1,000 for all of us to go to the Kalahari for waterparks. There also appeared to be no on-site staff available during our stay. There was no one present to check us in, answer questions, or assist with basic needs like towels, toilet paper, or garbage bags. At checkout on Sunday, while we were packing up, room service knocked on the door. We explained that we would be leaving shortly, but when we exited the room they were still standing outside waiting for us to leave, which felt uncomfortable and rushed. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations due to cleanliness issues, unclear amenities, and lack of guest support."

"We had an Awesome time at your Beautiful Cabin!! Loved the Boulder landscaping, wonderful open floor plan w/canoe on ceiling, inviting Fireplace. My boys Loved the pool table and I loved the open kitchen and the fridge with the water/ice dispenser!! Very Comfortable and relaxing!! Thank you, Becky and Family. "

"OMG! I've stayed at al lot of VRBO homes, all have been wonderful. Sandra was very helpful with my lack of computer skills which was appreciated! The home was outstanding for our family as we all had our own "floor"! The kids were upstairs, (thanks for the high chair and bed guard! oh and to access to Blueymy husband and I had the master, and the adult kids stayed in the basement. We used every inch of the house and loved the fireplace! Loved the Moose too! Went to Kalahari indoor water park for a day, and came home for a family spaghetti dinner to discuss the day. Plenty of dishes and cooking necessities. Everything was clean, and the bedsheets so soft! Yes, we noticed!! Now we need to return for a warm weather vacation! Loved every minute of this weekend.
