Outdoor seating also with a firepit but no shade and it was hot so we didn't use. The fitness room looked pretty good , pool and hot tub were small but fine for kids. I was given an ADA room and the door was very hard to open, tricky lock but I could get in after several tries. The room was very clean and nicely...

« The parking lot was newly surfaced. The air conditioner was easy to operate. The floor of our room was not swept. The sheets in one of the beds had little stains on them which indicated bed bugs. There were large plastic tubes mounted on the outside wall between every two room entrances with a hole cut into the top that were filthy for cigarette butts. »

The property was difficult to find due to a lack of adequate signage, there was a person smoking right outside the front door and yelling at her phone. This created an unprofessional and unwelcoming first impression. A loud, continuously barking dog only added to the negative atmosphere. Although the innkeeper was polite, ongoing problems with the reservation system reflected poorly on the property’s management and organization....
