For coming to the dells in the off-season, we really enjoyed our one night stay! The king room with the jacuzzi was an enjoyable experience, and the bed was quite comfortable after a long day of traveling.

We went a little late in the season so we were unable to experience all of the amenities but it was still an amazing experience. The property was beautiful and the two ladies who helped at the front desk were amazing. Our room was beautiful and the beds were super comfy. My only complaint would be a bloated, dead raccoon that had washed up on the shore of the lake, but that is out of their control. Just grossed us out a little. Will definitely be returning next year.

Loved this resort! We had a great time at the pools and the beach. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We also took advantage of the Natura and Timbavati passes. Would highly recommend.

The playground and lake front were nice with kids. Unfortunately, the room was inexplicably damp and the towels were about as thin as the one ply toilet paper. Don't bank on receiving room service no matter how many times you request it. There is a great restaurant and ice cream shop right next door!

I liked the access to a few other amenities in the Dells, which was included in our room charge. The rooms carpet could have used a deep cleaning, but other than that, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

Clean room, hot tub outside relaxing. Customer service okay. No coffee in lobby for am wake up. Much more in fees and taxes than expected upon check in. Surprised with over $100 dollars more than expected. I was charged for room tax but already payed Expedia tax on the room when I booked. Very disappointing. This was my 4th year and never experienced this before. Not sure if I would book again next year.

We visited the Dells and ate at the restaurant overlooking the lake and saw the kids in the water. I decided on our next trip we would stay here. It was after Labor Day so the lake did not have the inflatables, so that was sad. We will have to come back next summer. The pool was open outside. And that was an added bonus because most hotel pools were closed in mid-September. I liked the access to the lake even though we did not go in the lake. We just sat by the beach. There is a fire pit for use and you can buy wood. I will do that next time. The view from the hotel of the lake was fun. Next time I would rather stay in a tiki room. The price isn’t more. The hotel was clean. You can tell it is an older hotel and some places were worn, but honestly that is sort of the charm. It was build before the big resorts was a thing. For the price it was a good place to stay. I would return.

Our stay was nice, and the beach was great. Our balcony overlooked the beach which was nice. My only complaint is the rooms are not soundproof at all, and the hallway was very noisy. Other than that, we had a good time.

Arrived and was more than happy. Been traveling for work staying at affordable hotels and this one for the price and off season was superb. Staff extra friendly, room extra clean and a lot of bang for your buck. Had to leave earlier than expected but was a great stay. Highly recommend, the lake view no matter what time of year is outstanding.

We stayed in the Tiki rooms and unfortunately the room did not feel as clean or well maintained as we expected. The pool floaties were also much smaller than they appeared in the advertising. The bathroom was one of the biggest issues. The shower curtain did not have a plastic liner, so while showering, water, hair, and anything from your body gets directly onto the actual fabric curtain. We also noticed spider webs in both the bathroom and the room, which made the space feel like it had not been thoroughly cleaned. On the bright side, the lobby was very clean, and the lobby bathroom was clean as well. I unfortunately did not take a photo of that area. I just wish the same level of cleanliness and attention had carried over into the Tiki rooms.
