"Hotel très proche d epic universe on le voyait de notre chambre navette régulière pour le parc service impeccable personnel tres souriant et a l écoute. Pour les points negatifs on voit que c est un value car les murs sont tres fins on entend les voisins mais quand on est fatigue apres une journee de parc ce n est pas derangeant et la piscine est tres chaude nous avions fait le royal pacific l annee derniere pour visuter les parcs universal et celui-ci est beaucoup plus accueillant de tres loin."

"Hôtel magnifique, proche des parcs d'attraction (dont vous pouvez acheter les billets à l'accueil). Les installations sont très belles, les chambres aussi. Nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur l'Interstate donc un petit peu bruyante mais qui ne nous a pas dérangé plus que ça pour dormir. Le personnel était très sympathique. "

"The hotel is very charming and true to the photos. Everything is clean and beautifully renovated. The restaurant is also very good. But the real highlight of this hotel is the kindness and efficiency of the staff. Unfortunately, there was no hot water for four nights, but the hotel offered a full refund for those nights, which we really appreciated. The only downside for me was the music, which was much too loud in the lobby and around the pool. You can hear it clearly even up to the 12th floor, and it’s really not pleasant when you’re trying to fall asleep. I would be happy to come back, hopefully with a quieter atmosphere next time!"
