« Although our stay was cut short due to a snowstorm, the accommodations with Charles were great. We usually take a hotel room when down in Southbury visiting family. From here on we will certainly be staying with Charles. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and communication was good.

« I had a wonderful experience overall at my stay in the Modern Studio, in Kent. Deborah was thorough in communication and welcoming upon my arrival. Their guidebook is full of helpful information about local fare, points of interest and history about the farm and surrounding area. Also, I appreciate the treats and Nespresso. I’d definitely recommend staying for these points and for central location which lends to the ease of walking into town from the studio. »
