"In the process of complete renovation. We had room 116 which was 1 of 2 that have been fully renovated. Very well appointed furnishings throughout. What we thought might be a problem was the huge truck stop across the road as the entrance and exit road for the big rigs runs right in front of the motel, but it wasn’t that bad at all. Nice and courteous staff. Will stay there again if we pass through. "

Fairfield Inn & Suites Kansas City Lee's Summit

Nice enuf, clean & quiet

"It was overpriced compared to other Fairfields I've stayed at but I booked too late so didn't have much choice in motels close to my meetings. It was nice enuf but not luxury, clean & quiet. Typical motel breakfast, was ok but no pancake or waffle machine. Pool was clean & my young girl swam but the hot tub was closed which is what I wanted after a long drive. I was very disappointed there was no microwave in the room! But there was a mini fridge/freezer we used. "

"first it was affordable - first time i have used expedia. wish there was more than 4 pieces of kleenix in box and that there was a listing of TV stations. suggest that the remote have cover on back and not have the bare batteries showing."

Volleyball weekend.

"Was a very nice, clean hotel. Breakfast had a wide variety of eats. The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet. Bed was comfortable and we sleep well. Check in and out was seamless and informative. Nich was kind and patient with us and others as he was waiting on 2 different parties at the same time--well done. "
