"We stayed as a family due the proximity to Legoland. On arrival you’re greeted with a fairly grand-looking 18th century mansion, but walk beyond the frontage and you come to the decidedly average 70s/80s extensions which provide the bulk of the accommodation. My room was in these buildings. Room was ok, but no air con meant it was uncomfortably hot, even on an average British spring evening. They must be unbearable in the summer.
