"Stayed here a few times now on our yearly visits to London. Will be back next year too! Great location, rooms are nice for a few days (we just book basic). Staff are always friendly and hotel is clean. Lifts re busy especially in the morning at peak times for breakfast and people leaving hotel. It’s to choose from at breakfast tho try and not go between 9am and 10.30 - tho you do always get seated."

"The hotel itself was great, really clean, comfortable bed, couldn’t have been more convenient for the airport. My only slight gripe is about the food offer - the restaurant shuts at 9pm, pizza is available at the bar until it closes - otherwise there’s nothing. Given the nature of an airport hotel with folks coming in from all sorts of time zones and catching flights at odd hours it would be good to just have some chilled food- like sandwiches or whatever available outside restaurant hours, I ended up walking to a vending machine in the terminal to get something and it was barely 9pm."

"Though the hotel is a bit dated, it is conveniently located within a short walk of Gloucester Road Station, the Natural History Museum, and the Victoria and Albert Museum. The breakfast buffet is great, and the staff are very friendly."

"No super impressed but it was close to the airport so that was great, If you’re traveling in or out from Heathrow, you can access the hotel from inside the airport through a covered walkway. The customer service at the airport told me I had to walk to it outside but that was so inconvenient, so just find someone that’s competent lol"
