We have loved our time at New Hall Hotel. The place is beautiful. We end up visiting again within rhe same week it was so nice. Whenever we come to the west Midlands this is where we stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, the food is lovely and a nice selection. Everyone speaks to you and makes you feel welcome. Next time we will try the spa.

Stunning building that has been maintained to stay as authentic as possible. Our room was a good size with an excellent bathroom, full size bath, real treat. The room had everything we needed for our short break. Decent sized tv, tea and coffee facilities and amazingly a small container of real milk, bath robes, small fridge. Ok, there isn’t air conditioning but I suspect it wouldn’t be allowed planning permission on such an iconic building. Fans are provided. Personally I would have liked it if we could open the windows wider without the restrictive measures, I understand the sentiment, but even on the second floor you couldn’t do yourself much damage falling out! The spa and pool were very pleasant. We used the pool, jacuzzi and steam room a few times, unfortunately the sauna was closed for repairs but no matter. It was very quiet in the afternoons with only a couple of other guests. Breakfast is a continental buffet and an ordered hot dish. Excellent restaurant staff, nothing too much trouble. We ate in the bar one evening and enjoyed the light menu. The over riding stand out point of this hotel are the staff. From arrival through to every department we encountered we received nothing but superb service and friendly approach. Highly recommend a stay here.

Absolutely lovely stuff, they really made our stay extra comfortable and were more than happy to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless, and the bed was really comfortable. We had both dinner and the breakfast sent to our room, and they were both delicious! Overall a really lovely stay in such a beautiful old building, and I’d highly recommend taking a walk around the grounds before you go!

We have just returned from a fantastic 3-day stay at the New Hall Hotel in Sutton Coldfield, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, the entire experience was thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel itself is excellent steeped in history, beautifully maintained, and full of character. Our room was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. What truly sets New Hall apart, however, is the staff. Every single team member we encountered was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Breakfast each morning was also very good, with a great selection of high-quality options to start the day right. Whether you are visiting the area for business, exploring the local sights, or simply looking for a peaceful, relaxing break to unwind, this hotel is the perfect choice. There was hair in the bath so I couldn’t have a shower but my partner still had a shower and then we checked out around 3 instead of the actual time which was 11 the stafff was amazing very welcoming I would like to come again but I hope the room will be more clean when visiting as I did enjoy the pool and the garden
