"Room was clean and decent sized. Pool was great after a day at the parks, and the food in the lobby was decent too for the night we were too tired to go out. The universal shuttle was a huge plus, we had no issues signing up for it the next day and saved us so much money on uber."

"The property is fantastic. Employees are fantastic. The only thing I didn’t realize when you book through Expedia, you have to pay $30 a day for parking. If you don’t book with Expedia, you don’t pay that fee."

"My room was VERY clean, no mess, no bugs. It was turned down daily. The check-in and check-out process was EXTREMELY SLOW! Pier 8 is the resort food court and it was decent but just as expensive as the parks. $6 for a bottle of water. The big issue I had was the hours of the amenities at the resort. Parks stay open late, but everything shut down at 10pm. Strange as it sounds after the park we got back at about 9:30 and I wanted to go to the gym, the gym closed at 10 and I didn't realize that so by the time I came back downstairs to workout my badge wouldn't open the door. I was really disappointed. But the pros FAR outweigh the CONS! My wife and I booked a suite had a great time and I look forward to binging all of my kids next time now that we know the suite has 1 bed in a separate room and 2 beds in the living room."

"Loved how close it was to Disney and Walmart but didn’t love how little storage the rooms had for clothing and I was not in love with the shower. Breakfast was good every morning tho!"
