"Great"

"The decor in the hotel is a bit tired and the breakfast is not the best I've seen in a 4 star hotel. That said, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the spa, although not the highest quality, had a great range of gym equipment, a large pool (for UK hotels) and an excellent sauna in each changing room. The steam room and jacuzzi were out of action when I stayed, but I wasn't that bothered by it since it's the post-gym sauna that I really wanted. This is my third stay, and I will definitely return."

Excellent professional service, beautifully designed rooms that are large especially for London standards and an amazing location for all local services and right next to Gloucester Road tube station for quick links around London. Easily the best hotel I’ve stayed in during numerous trips to London. I would highly recommend. "
