Quick shuttle ride to/from the airport. Hotel looked nice and we had a good sleep before heading back to the airport. 24hr shuttle is a plus for this hotel that many don’t offer.

Never staying at this location again. First room smelled like sewage. Transferred to another room to see a glass shower door had been replaced with a shower curtain. I did notice this in other rooms. My second night a could slightly smell sewage in the hall. 5th floor room 508 smell was awful. Moved to another room, and it had a sticky spot on the floor, electrical outlets did not properly work by the bed or workstation, only one reading light worked. Door does not fit tightly in the door frame. You can see the light in the hall around the frame. Staff was friendly. Late night parking is difficult.

Walked into room, it smelled. Chair was filthy and room had one half used roll of TP. Surfaces in kitchen had been wiped, as you could see streaks of filth. AC in bar/eating area was out in main floor. Which made it kind of miserable to be there. It has location working for it next to Spectrum Center.

The staff was amazing and showed great customer service. I will be staying here everytime im visiting Charlotte.

It was a great stay. Room was clean and stocked.
