"Wanted to check in early so I called a month in advance and was told to call back the day before the booking, I called the day before the booking and was put onto hold for 20 minutes and then somebody hanged on me twice in a row, decided to call IHG to figure out what is happening and the hotel hanged up on them, got to the hotel super early and saw people check in early then coming back to say the room was dirty and wasn’t cleaned, I also saw one of the receptionist put people calling on hold just to talk to his co workers and friends, the elevator is loud so if your room is next to the elevator good luck sleeping, last thing during near midnight they just let some random guy sleep on the couches in the lobby and food split all over the floor while staff did nothing"

"Clean and very comfortable. Room was quiet and we got good rest. Parking was a bit troublesome with wait times and lines out into the street to get in. Getting the car the next morning was also a long wait due to them losing someones keys. Maybe better staffing in the parking department would help because there were only 2 people both times parking and getting vehicles. "

"Perfect getaway for two nights with the grandkids. Conjoining rooms kept everyone comfortable and close by. The heated pool was a big win! Another plus was kids 9 and under eat free for breakfast. We took advantage of Medievel Times being just a few blocks away and enjoyed the feast and festivities. We can't wait to come back to the Anatole again. "

"Non-existent room service menu. Had to find it on google. Valet took 45 min to bring our car. Sunday morning checkout should be staffed appropriately. "
