« Its a nice place to stay. It was a reasonable price. Its close to good restaurants and easy access to the 35 so you can get to the bigger cities quickly. Two of the doors inside do not shut completely. They just dont latch. It wasn't a huge deal to us but it might be to some. Also two of the room are partial walls into the living and kitchen area. So if you want or need a lot of privacy this might not be the place for you. We didn't mind and the place was very clean and the decor was very cute....

« Great house to stay in for access to the arena for a concert. This section of Dallas was busy but nice. The house itself was cutely furnished and very clean. Eric was a very nice host and check-in and check-out was easy. We would definitely stay there again! »

« the place was clean and very nice I didn't notice until late that first night that the thermostat was set for 78 degrees my daughter woke up and said I can't sleep it's stuffy in here I looked at the thermostat and saw 78 and I adjust it to make it comfortable should have checked when I arrived all n all it was a great stay would book again if I had to be in that area »

« Was in Dallas for work so just needed a place to sleep and this listing is excellent for that. Late hours were quiet, room was cool, and bed was relatively comfortable (a little soft for me but it's personal preference). Two things that would have made it better for me: 1, the air freshener is quite strong, which is understandable why they have it, but I had a slight headache from it. 2, there were bugs from the outside constantly coming in. I can tell the owners are trying to deal with it...

"Absolument rien à dire. Nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueilli à l’arrivée. le concierge Philipp est une personne extraordinaire : toujours souriant, de bonheur et de bon conseil. Il a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Notre chambre avait une magnifique vu sur la ville de Dallas. Juste un petit point sur la salle de bain qui mériterait une rénovation. Le petit déjeuner Gold au 18 eme étage était merveilleux ! Le petit déjeuner dans le restaurant Pyramid est extrêmement cher: 6$ un café et 12$ un croissant et un pain au chocolat ( certe très bon mais quand même…) La piscine et la salle de sport sont très appréciables et très bien entretenues. Encore tous nos remerciements à Philipp."
