"All the towels had stains on them… we ordered new towels and even those has stains.. The front desk had the tv blasting and no one was watching …. our room was near the front desk and we could hear it all night!! "

"Our hotel stay was excellent. Room was large, well equipped, good breakfast with lots of options , the adjoining Mexican restaurant was very good, extra large portions. Our only issue was with the bathroom. My daughter is disabled and needs help rising from the commode on the right hand side. There was nothing available. The clerk went way out of her way to help but couldn't. We wound up buying a tub rail. Problem solved."

"Surprisingly clean and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. 15min away from Grand Canyon. Everything was booked in the area when we got there. We were very worried when we arrived but this place is a hidden gem. Don't be fooled by the construction going on outside. It was quite at night , we had a good night sleep, pillows was awesome and the rooms were very clean."
