« While I don't know what I was expecting as far as check in goes, you check in at the little office which was easy. The path to drive up to the cabin is a little rocky and uneven so be careful. But WOW.... the cabin was amazing! Clean like wow and the windows above all around make for a beautiful view all night. Only downside was the cabin shares a wall and we could hear them talking. Still - I would stay here again if I am ever in Williams. »

« Stayed at the cabin here. Has a tiny home vibe. Great location, excellent value for a family with small kids. They loved hanging out in the loft. My boy loves the Movie "Cars" and this place has a "Tow'Mater." The town of Williams has good food and a cool vibe. The pool was under maintenance which was a bummer. Still a great value! »

« The bathroom was not cleaned between guest. There were poop stains on the toilet. The fridge had the previous guests food in it and the TV didn’t work. Front desk lady blames us for rushing her because we showed up 30 min early for our check in time. She moved us to a different room that was not much better. The room temp would either be burning hot or freezing cold. No in between. You are better off staying in a hotel. »

« It may not be a 5 star hotel, but it's a good price ($100/night) for what you get. A lot is packed into this little rental. Full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils. Comfy bed. Dark & quiet. « The property is beautiful and as advertised. My only problem was not able to take a hot shower. We didn't shower the first night to help them conserve water because of a sign on property asking for conservation of water of where we could. I am very familiar with using facilities with a tankless hot water heater as this one had for I have them in my home. I ran the water for at least 10 to 15 min trying to get it hot but to the best I could get was lukewarm. Interesting the kitchen sink put out...

It is located only 10min away from downtown but remote enough to enjoy the beautiful nature and have some squirrel, bird and deer sightings. Perfect distance to the Grand Canyon as well.
