« The room was clean but had wear and tear. The toilet handle had to be held down to fully flush. The walls and ceiling had a lot of dings and dents! We were in room 104 on the ground floor and could hear the people above us.
The breakfast was hot and okay. However, the attendant did not keep it fully stocked. Several items had run out an hour after breakfast had started. I will say there was a variety of breakfast foods.
The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked great!

« The hotel is going through renovations so the lobby area was a little disorganized with building materials around and also in the parking lot. Room was fantastic and has been upgraded and well designed. No carpet a very big +. All the staff were very pleasant and professional. I would most definitely stay there again and recommend to others. »

« My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part.
