I’ve never had a rental fully load me up with snacks, beverages, even a bottle of wine! There was a small surprise to take home, every place to hang out was comfortable and equipped with anything you’d ever think of needing. "Very Nice home with updated bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Great entertainment area for watching movies when weather was not great. 3 full bathrooms and a great master bedroom suite. The lake view was very cool. and the dock area and boat very nice. The home is in a lagoon area so Not great swimming by dock but short way out the water clears up nicely."

"Excellent stay at Nice and Cozy. Plenty of room for everyone and i ejoyed that the host had everhing we might have needed tonise. Although the hose was pretty clean, i would suggest a little dusting, especially in the corners in the upstairs bedrooms near the AC units. I would absolutely recommend this this place to anyone visiting the area. "

The home is a short drive (25-30 min) from the Big House, so it was perfect for a UM football weekend. If you're looking for a quiet escape with EVERYTHING you could think to need for a week on the lake, this is it. Our family of 5 had an amazing trip out from CA. Can't wait to be back."
