License: STR21-1919 Less than 2 miles from The Big House! A short drive to downtown and the Michigan campus, this beautiful home is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to most main roads. A great place to stay for a friends-reunion or parents visiting U of M for a fun weekends or sporting event. The house was completely redone in 2019, furnished in every room with a simple and clean look in mind, and fully stocked with all the essentials. The home has three bedrooms with four beds and an additional blow up queen mattress in the basement if needed. The house is thoroughly cleaned between guests for your safety and comfort. Didn’t use the basement really (except for the bedroom), but the huge leather sectional and projector w/ giant screen down there would make for a cozy movie night. Did lots of cooking for tailgate + had a few local friends over for dinner post-game, and main living space worked great for that. Kitchen could use just a \*bit\* more love (could use a few more cooking utensils, a broom, more than one dishtowel, a new set of pots/pans) … but this wasn’t a huge deal 😀 Would definitely stay here again! It was clean, quiet, convenient and comfortable. The ranch style was easy and the neighborhood is great for walking and conveniently located near anything you could need. Host was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again. This home would be ideal if you were visiting UM campus, or if you had a extra family visiting for holidays or weddings. Short driving distance to Target shopping center, grocery stores, restaurants, Briarwood Mall, Downtown Ann Arbor and both Crisler Center and The Big House. ##### Catherine C.
