There is NO HOT TUB! Sorry, but that was a major disappointment. The lobby is nice and huge but the staff seems thin and not friendly. I always find it odd when you deal with people in the service industry and none of them seem like they want to be working or going out out of their way for anything. they are doing construction currently so many of the hallways have debris and trash bags against the wall. The rooms are dated but clean. The pool is great for anybody six years old and under.

Didn't have breakfast. Not included. The splash pad/ pool was wonderful. The room i got at first was spacious but the bathroom "tub" was dirty, it had strands of hair and what seemed to be a dead bug as big as a quarter. I asked to have it cleaned up, but instead I was given another room and I was told i was going to be compensated. However. I was not and the room that i was give, yes it had 2 queen beds but the room was small. And the hassle of moving things around was stressful.

Staff was great and room was nice. Breakfadt is not free, and is somewhat expensive for what is included ($10 for cold buffet, $20 for a cooked item, $23 for hot buffet) - many free continental breakfasts have a wider selection. Pool was good for kids, but not good for adults to swim laps. Outdoor spaces were very nice with excellent landscaping. Specifically our room backed to the elevators and had a small vibration at all times.
