Have a relaxing getaway at this cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath, newly furnished home!

2 comfy queen beds with linens provided. 2 bathrooms with bathing essentials and bath towels. (Please note the bathroom in bedroom 1 has only a toilet and walk-in shower, no sink!)

Pet friendly with a large fully fenced in backyard!

Full kitchen with dishes, cooking essentials and drinking water filter. Keurig with coffee, pods and creamer.

Free WiFi with 50 inch Smart Tv (Disney +, Spectrum Tv Cable, YouTube)

Cool down with 2 window ac units! (Located in bedroom and living area)

Conveniently by highway 23, just 5 mins to Ann Arbor and 15 mins to Brighton.

Beach and Lake access to Horseshoe Lake! (3 min drive) **please bring beach towels/chairs, non provided.

Private entrance with self checkin to the entire home. The right side of shared driveway, front and back yard.

Please note: The above garage apartment is also a vacation rental and uses the left side of the shared driveway.

Exactly what we needed
I needed a place where my two dogs and I could go stay for a few days while we were getting our floor refinished at home. This was ideal and exactly what we were looking for thank you for being a great host.

It was a nice little well kept house with a fenced yard
We checked into the nice clean home then finding out it had a heat problem that the host was unaware of, it was working in half the house but the bedrooms and dining room and bathrooms had no heat, the host tried to get a company out the next day between 8am-1pm but never showed by that time and after bringing the mattresses to the living room to be able to sleep on the floor the first night we thought it would be better to try to find other accommodation, the host was most understanding and said we would receive a full refund and apologized for our inconvenience. We received our money back from the host but Vrbo did not give us there percentage back I am not sure why that didn’t happen. Again very nice little clean home and furnace problems happen but it was 22 degrees out and to cold for us to stay longer I would recommend this home and host for others to stay when heat is working 😊

Great Place
We stayed here for U of M parents weekend. It was a quick 10-15 minute drive to campus. Liz was super responsive and the property fit the description listed. Beds were comfy and home very clean. Kitchen was limited. Would stay here again. Thanks Liz

Comfortable and convenient dog stay with a yard
My dog and I stayed for a couple nights. Dog enjoyed the access to the private yard, which makes a great difference for dog travels. While we weren’t at the property much of our stay, it was nice and quiet in what seemed like a safe neighborhood and a convenient driveway. Check-in was very easy and property was very clean and is convenient to highway access. Great communication with the property owner. Definitely on our list when we’re back in the area.
