« This hotel is my go-to when I visit Jefferson, Wisconsin. The staff are super pleasant, helpful, and efficient. My room is ultra clean, and everything is ergonomically correct for ease of use. « Our room was really dirty. The floor was not vacuumed. The mirror was dirty. There was no stopper for the bathtub and no toilet paper and dirty towels with blood or some kind of stain on it. Some of the accommodations they give you for the coffee was used by prior. Customers were never discarded by housekeeping and was just left in the same place.
