The location of this property is truly outstanding—right in the heart of Whistler Village, making everything easily accessible. The unit itself is a great size, and the views are absolutely breathtaking, which made our stay feel very special.
However, the experience was let down by the comfort of the bedding. The mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and definitely need to be replaced. With such a fantastic location and beautiful unit, improving the sleeping setup would make a huge difference.

Excellent spot to start right at the base of Whistler. Had views of the lifts. Kitchen was well equipped. We were on the second floor and there was no issue with noise from the bar on the main floor. Parking garage is under hotel and has direct week week elevator access.

Everything was within walking distance. The staff were all so nice and accommodating. Texting to get answers was a nice feature and the valet was super prompt. Tom was top notch service. We would recommend to anyone who wants to really enjoy Whistler and all of its wonders.

Everything was great. The lodge is in the ski village right at the bottom of the Blackcomb and Whistler gondolas. The hotel next door runs the lodge, and the staff was very polite and responsive. Sahar checked us in, then Ceris and Roxy checked up on us. All three did a great job.

Main room does not have windows and not sound proof. Can hear other rooms noise and conversation
The property felt quite outdated, especially considering the price I paid. All the amenities were old and in need of an upgrade. Last year, I stayed at a different property and had a fantastic experience, but this time was disappointing. The air conditioning in the unit was far too small to effectively cool the entire space. It seemed more like a token feature rather than a functional one, as none of the rooms were adequately cooled. We ended up having to keep the doors open just to get some relief.
The television was another letdown—tiny and reminiscent of the Stone Age. I decided to try out a new place this year, but I regret that decision. I wish I had booked the same spot as last year. Expedia really needs to reassess the properties they list.
On a positive note, the check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the service staff were great. I have to give a special shoutout to Luis from valet. He was always in a good mood, making the experience a bit better, and took excellent care of my vehicle.
