« Je n'ai rien apprécié. Les extérieurs au chambre sont sales et non nettoyés ( poubelles à même le sol). Nous avons changé une fois de chambre avec toujours le même ressenti: draps froisés, tache de gras sur la table de nuit que j'ai du nettoyé, lavabo non nettoyé, papier toilette dans la cuvette...avec l'équipement minimaliste de Motel 6\. Attention au bruit de la highway selon la disposition de votre chambre. Bref, je vous recommande un autre hôtel sur Redding »

« Our stay was amazing! The lady at the front desk was the best part, we checked in at 5 on Thursday December 11th and I regret I didn’t get her name but she was absolutely amazing! During our stay anytime she was on shift she was so personable and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, room was amazing, but that front desk lady is why I will be back everytime we come to Redding and we come a lot! »

« Staff person was kind and effective & offered good suggestions for dinner options. The accomodations were comfortable and clean with plenty of towels and plenty of space. I especially appreciated how quiet it was, the excellent water pressure, and (with an early morning) that there was a small coffee amenity in the room. My only critiques are that there was a plastic cover beneath the sheets on the bed (not uncomfortable, but not something I've experienced at hotels before) & that the small...

« Très confortable, accueillis comme à la maison. Compte tenu du cadre général et du standing de l'hôtel, il est dommage de devoir partager la salle de bain entre les différents occupants. On attendrait d'un tel lieu que chaque chambre ait sa salle de bain. »
