« Loved the quiet room great bed and cozy sheets we enjoyed the 24 hr coffee and the breakfast in the morning was very good, the yogurt machine was great! We liked the 24 hr hot tub and indoor pool and the friendly staff. »

« The breakfast was just adequate, nothing at all special. No fruit, no pastries! Room had holes in the wall, chipped paint. Shower rod falling off the wall. Feel I should receive 2 nights free. Property not like as advertised. »

« It took us 25 mins to get checked in. No one was at the counter, had maintenance man try and find someone and couldn’t. Called the phone number listed annd NO ANSWER. After finally getting checked in, our shower had hair stuck on the wall. The shower was a slow drain so you stood in water as you showered. »

« Large clean room. I picked this hotel for the included breakfast and was disappointed. It's only brownies bites and cereal bars. I should have paid more attention when booking. »

« The woman at the front desk was a gem! So sweet and friendly, she even came up to help us with the t.v! Our room was fine, refrigerator and an alarm clock, comfortable bed. The bathroom really needs an upgrade. It was a wheelchair accessible bath, but quite rundown. No counter space or shelves for your personal care items to be set down while you get ready. »

« There was a huge dead bug on the windowsill. Room was very outdated. The shower leaked so you had to listen to dripping water all night. There is a restaurant beside it and the parking lot was right behind the room. At 2 am they had someone in a big truck making a delivery. The truck was extremely loud. Trash in the parking lot was overflowing. Great price but probably will not stay there again. »

« Stay was very good. At one point elevator went down. Kinda tough from 4th floor. However fix pretty timely. »

« Receptionist upon arrival was delightful but when she heard me say “ the basketball game starts soon” she laughed and told me that if it was on CBS I wouldn’t be watching it. It was and I missed a 1 point regional final game. Not remotely funny since we had planned our drive around game time. In addition not one of the clocks in the room was set to the right time. I tried to set the alarm clock but needed a screwdriver to do so. Will definitely use another hotel chain next trip. »
