« They had no hot water. So we never got any showers.The breakfast bar was out of everything no one ever come and refilled stuff. We never seen the person that took care of the breakfast. It was not a good stay. The bedsheets were clean. »

« Great room with one design issue, no complaints at all about the service or anything else. The only thing that was an issue is the road noise, it's next to the highway and people were revving their engines all night with the room not designed to block any of it. »

« The temperature of room would not stay consistent. The pool was lacking. Both the keys stopped working and had to be rekeyed. The breakfast was decent but not great and coffee was not very good. They charged us an incidental fee that was not disclosed to us upon booking so our stay was more then we budgeted for. The hotel itself just seemed run down and we thought being a marriot brand it would of been better. »

« Clean room but many more guests than it was stated should have been in pools and especially hot tub. At one point there were more than twice the limit in the hot tub area. There were so many people and so little parking that it made the trip very stressful and not as enjoyable as we had been anticipating. »

Le petit bémol concerne le canapé lit pour la première nuit nous n'avions pas de couette ni de seeviette supplémentaires alors que la reservation a été faite pour7 personnes. Mais sinon l'hotel est tres bien situé pour les visites des Smoky mountains et la suite très confortable. »

« Gym was small but fine, the water dispenser don’t work. I did tell the staff, but it wasn’t fixed by the time we left. The milk in the kitchen was expired. I let somebody know, he did end up changing it. Twice there was nobody at the front desk. I waited for quite some time and still nobody showed up. I think they are sorely understaffed at that the best western. I only found one ice maker on the first floor and there was an open pipe behind it so it stunk like sewage. Also we had a room...

Lights between the beds did not function, light above the table and chairs did not function, microwave was not cleaned, smoke detector was disconnected from the wall, body wash and shampoo bottles were both empty and one was not connected to the shower stall. window coverings were not connected to the mounting rod. When we returned to the room on one occasion our room keys did not open the door. To be fair our daughter had an adjacent room...

« The indoor pool area needs a good cleaning and the hot tub was barely even warm. The room/suite was spacious, but all items in our room were very worn. The bed was comfortable, tho! Breakfast was good- typical items including waffles, eggs, bacon etc. »
