Overall, from our welcome to our farewell, our hosts and their hardworking team made us feel right at home (away from home)! Everything was excellent during our three night stay - the guest house in general, our spacious room, the delicious and abundant breakfasts, the relaxing shared common spaces, the secure grounds, plus the appreciated local knowledgeable assistance we received. Our expectations were high and were then exceeded. Yes, we indeed recommend this wonderful guest house!

A gorgeous spot. Fantastic beaches. Quick drive into town if you want. Excellent breakfast served each morning. Staff were lovely. Room spectacular space, great aesthetics, views, bed, sheets - all of it very special. Walk to a couple great restos.

The room was beautiful and clean. The view of the ocean was stunning. We did not partake in breakfast so I cannot comment. The staff was pleasant but not prominent. We felt like it was more of an air bnb as opposed to a hotel. Very quiet after nightfall. Had good sleeps. Walk into town was about 7 minutes along the ocean walkway. Beautiful. Our main complaint was no labels on the wonderful lighting switches. You have spent a lot of money on beautiful lighting, it would be nice...

The staff at the hotel were super friendly and amazing! We arrived early, our room wasn’t ready but they gave us another room righter away. That was so appreciated as we travelled long days to get there. However, our room was dated and worn. Living room furniture very worn out and not comfortable, perhaps our original room was to be more updated I’m not sure. But I was quite disappointed with the state of the accommodations. The location was perfect! The people were helpful and friendly!

Had a great time staying at this hotel! Super helpful staff, clean rooms, quiet, safe, and close to the center of town (5-10 minute walk). Great spot for seeing Hermanus and the whales!

Fabulous stay. Amazing staff/owners. New building. Top quality everything. Nice coastal walk nearby. Great breakfast. Will definitely be back.
