"Business trip ibis was convenient for my stay and have used the hotel several times when staying over and never disappointed."

"North Lakes Hotel & Spa is a beautiful facility with lush green gardens. Who would have thought I’d be wishing for an air conditioned room in May! The rotating fan did help a little but my room still felt humid and stuffy.
Also the toilets appear to have been upgraded but holding the button in to flush is difficult.
Overall NLH&S is a beautiful facility with great service and friendly welcoming staff. I would definitely stay again but during cooler weather. "

"This hotel is a fantastic dog friendly hotel. The staff gave us and our dog such a warm welcome and were so helpful, friendly and hard working. It was wonderful that we could take our dog into the restaurant and had waitress service in the bar area for breakfast with our dog. The hotel is so conveniently close to the motorway but so quiet, really good for breaking the journey to or from the Scottish Highlands, we highly recommend especially to dog owners."

"Lovely traditional hotel which has just been refurbished to a high standard. But the price reflects this as it has nearly doubled since the last time I stayed a few years ago. But most hotels in Scotland now are expensive. "
