We could have just done with some milk in the fridge, but there is a supermarket in Haltwistle 10 minutes drive away if you forget anything. Great little enclosed garden for star gazing! We didn’t do any cooking as we ate out, but most utensils seemed available in the kitchen, but you would need to bring everything else, no seasonings or oil etc..there’s also a washing machine if needed! We stayed in the farm bed and breakfasts accommodation, its lovely accommodation very clean and the breakfast was delicious. A beautiful, rural retreat. Wonderful facilities, extremely clean and homely. Comfortable bed with lots of in room extras, like home made shortbread, fresh milk with a mini fridge to store it in, lovely toiletries and a modern bathroom. Breakfast was freshly cooked using local produce, hence the brilliant taste. Excellent hosts who were so helpful, kind and genuinely interested and keen to assist and make our stay as nice as possible. We had bed and breakfast at Kellah Farm and wow was it worth what we paid. The owners made ys very welcome. The room was so cosy and spotlessly clean with a lovely view comfy bed and pillows, tea and coffe , lovely biscuits and a sweet dish. Everything you need in the bathroom and lovely big soft towels.
