« The condominium was very nice as described. However a few glitches at check-in: no keys in the lockbox so it involved a few phone calls including with VRBO customer service-finally fount them in another unit's lock box and the information sheet provided by VRBO had errors-no contact phone number for the owner of the unit and and incorrect password for WIFI, which the owner also had to communicate. Human errors do happen, but these two were rather critical ones. »

« Went with my husband, his sister and her husband. Location was perfect. Very clean. We were looking for a baking sheet to make breakfast turnovers. It was on your list but none in the condo. We bought two and put them in with the cutting boards for your next guests. Some noise from heavy feet upstairs but not bad. They were not loud, just heavy walkers. « Easy Checkin, clean and spacious 3 level townhome. Reverse layout with bedrooms on bottom floor took getting used to but not an issue. People next door were a little loud at night so walls must be thin but they quieted without us having to complain. About 15-20 minute walk to town or short car ride if can find parking. Enjoyed our stay and 2 car parking eas a bonus. »

« This property was perfect for our group of 7 women. plenty of space and each room having a bathroom is amazing! The only negative were the beds creaked quite a bit, lots of noise with even small movements. Otherwise was the place was so clean, location is prefect and just like the pictures. « This property was perfect for us. We were getting together to reminisce about the years gone by. We all grew up in the same neighborhood and have know each other since being us young as 5. Property was spotless, ample parking for up to 4 cars. Can walk to restaurants and shops. Spacious for entertaining. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Management staff could not have been nicer. « We loved our stay. Although it's in the middle of what's probably one of the busiest & areas in Newport, the location was great for us. We could walk to lots of the sites & restaurants. For the mansions & cliff walk we took the free trolley that's main hub is in walking distance of the Inn. The trolley goes to lots of the points of interest in town. Staff was great. Room had everything we needed. The rooftop deck is great to sit (possible with an adult beverage) & watch the harbor, boats, sunset...
