This home is professionally managed and is part of The Newport Lofts portfolio of properties. Dog-friendly with an additional daily fee of $75/dog up to 2 dogs maximum.\*\*\*Guest who cancels a reservation by 3:59 p.m. 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount.No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. If a cancellation request is not received by 3:59 p.m. EST or EDT, 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the reservation will be considered non-refundable. The house is exactly as pictured, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and clean. We had 2 minor reasons to contact the property management company during our stay and both times they were pleasant and helpful - our small concerns were efficiently dealt with immediately.
