It is professionally managed by Vacation Newport.This home's unique, inverted floor plan features a gourmet kitchen accented by granite counters and stainless steel appliances along with a living room, laundry closet with washer and dryer and balcony overlooking Thames Street on the second floor. The first floor of the home feature the two bedrooms, both with king sized beds, flat screen televisions and en-suite bathrooms. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and one den on the third floor. The third floor lounge has a pull out sofa and also has a roof deck with partial water views.Conveniently, this property features off street parking for two vehicles. \*\*\*Cancellation Policy\*\*\*Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION: Guest agrees to the following: To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to walk to the mansions. The rooftop deck provided great sunset views after a day out around town before dinner. Restaurants are plentiful, but the kitchen is also well set up for cooking in if you desire.
