« My stay was disappointing. I had to wait until 4 PM to check in because my room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel seems to cater mostly to blue-collar workers, with many work trucks in the parking lot. One major issue is that rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was not disclosed when booking. This should be clearly stated so guests know ahead of time. The internet is very poor, especially if you need it for work, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Overall, the hotel did not...

« Nous avons été placé dans une aile est rénovation avec des plastiques au sol, des poubelles débordant de déchets dans le couloir, des detecteurs de fumé couverts par des plastiques. La carte clé qui nous a été donné ne fonctionnait pas, c'est le commis qui devait venir nous ouvrir la porte. De plus, la toilette de la salle de bain était défectueuse et il était impossible de flusher le contenu de la toilette. Lors de notre arrivé (il était minuit), en aucun cas le commis nous a avisé de cette...

« Chambre non conforme à la réservation, on a voulu me donner une chambre pour handicapé, après le changement de chambre celle ci est pire, e frigo ne marche pas et on trouve une serviette de toilette à l intérieur, la personne à la réception nous dit de voir demain matin avec le manager et bien évidemment pas de manager ce matin et la femme à la réception nous dit que c est normal la serviette dans le frigo pour éponger, sérieusement le ménage est-il vraiment fait? Par contre ils ne se gênent...

"Nous avons été placé dans une aile est rénovation avec des plastiques au sol, des poubelles débordant de déchets dans le couloir, des detecteurs de fumé couverts par des plastiques. La carte clé qui nous a été donné ne fonctionnait pas, c'est le commis qui devait venir nous ouvrir la porte. De plus, la toilette de la salle de bain était défectueuse et il était impossible de flusher le contenu de la toilette. Lors de notre arrivé (il était minuit), en aucun cas le commis nous a avisé de cette situation et aucune compensation monétaire nous a été proposée. Le lendemain matin, alors que nous avons demandé un remboursement, la commis du jour a été très impoli avec nous. Lors de notre suivi avec expedia, cette même commis a totalement inventé des faux faits en mentionnant que nous avions accepté la situation en connaissance de cause. Ce qui est totalement faux. De plus, la commis a également été impoli avec l'agent d'Expedia. Après plusieurs demande, l'administration de l'hotel refus toujours de nous dédommager pour ces événements. Au delà de cette situation, le déjeuner était de piètre qualité. Je recommande fortement de ne pas fréquenter cet hotel."
