Property is well and beautifully maintained and owner Claudia is so warm and welcoming us to her home, gave us lots of history story of the mansion., breakfast is delicious and the time to serve the breakfast is flexible for our schedules!! Love this beautiful mansion and giving it a 5 stars rating!!

This is a beautiful old property that is superbly decorated and maintained. It was like stepping back in time to the 19th century. Even more impressive than the property is the owner/proprietor, Claudia. What a marvelous host! Informative, engaging and very welcoming. My wife & I enjoyed talking with her, learning about her and learning about the Petersburg area. Staying at the Ragland Mansion was a highlight of our trip!

I wish we would have been closer to dining options. After a 8 hour drive, I wasn't feeling getting back in the car and find a restaurant downtown. Otherwise the stay was very pleasant. Ms Claudia was a wonderful hostess. Thanks again..
