"Didn't really interact with staff much, they were reserved, they don't really say hi to anything. Rooms were clean, great sink. Shower took 3-5 mins to get warm which was annoying."

"The rooms were remodeled but the balcony was very dirty and the door to exit to the balcony was hard to open. The pool water was very murky, thank God the beach was beautiful and we had to buy an umbrella because they don’t even offer you beach chairs. I was very unhappy to reserve a four star hotel resort to find out it was a three star hotel. I won’t be recommending this hotel to anyone. "

"Check in took 1hr long - waited 30 mins in a massive line then another 30mins for the check in process. It was already 530pm and room wasn't ready. Was offered a different room, of course, I took it cause front desk said housekeeping was still working on it and doesn't know long it would take. Got to the room. This is an old building and you would be able to tell immediately as soon as you walk in. The smell and the floor in our room was so sticky. I tried to call concierge but busy signal a few times I tried. Staff came by to drop off linens for the pull out sofa - we told him we'll need someone to mop the floor as it was quite dirty. He said he would send someone but no one ever came. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool. We stayed one night and will most likely never return. "

"An absolutely perfect location!!! The beach and boardwalk is steps away!! Restaurants and stores all within minutes! Property is clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. I can’t wait to return!!!!"
