"We stayed here because we were taking a cruise. The hotel is close to the airport( Lyft only charge us like $15 for XL) and the ride to Cruise Port was ($20 not tip included). The shuttle is only offer for the Airport and it is only at specific times. Our arrival time ( 1 am) I had to pay Lyft. Again, affordable. The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. It was perfect for our needs. I love the Kitchen in our room and would consider this hotel in the future if visiting MIAMI with my kids. "

"Transportation from airport to here was short and nice and the hotel itself was clean and up to date. There is a McDonald’s and ihop walking distance which was nice also. "

"Got back from a cruise with my family and was able to check in early (paid a fee) at 10am and upgrade my room with ease. Safe, great food options and the staff was awesome. My son loved the pool. Super easy to get to the airport, zoo, and port. Highly recommend."

"We visit this property several times a year. You are greeted upon arrival by the attendees concierge is ready to check you in. They give it small gift bags to the younger children and there is a ton for the kids to do. It is a great hotel for adults and for children. The food in the restaurants and at the pool is delicious. And definitely reserve a cabana at SOAK where Paul, Jaqueline, Radost and Sonia will take care of your every need throughout the day. They are the absolute best. "
