« All sheets in the room were stained and as well as the curtains the staff got upset when I told her my room smelt like cigarettes and if I can have a refund but said I couldn’t cause the sheets were messed up cause I checked for bugs in the mix of that I told her that they have signs of no smoking if so they’re gonna get kicked out but the whole hotel smells like cigarettes and weed, very sketchy hotel with people outside and inside all hours of the night overall this place is extremely ghetto...

« Surprisingly great hotel for the price. Valerie was very friendly at the front desk. We had a very large, clean room, the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was not amazing but it was good. The location was quiet and convenient, just off the interstate, a good stop for traveling. »

Négatif : proche de l'autoroute, commme la plupart de hotels, climatisation un peu bruyante, et sejour de 2 nuits sans que la chambre ai été faite. « The property was conveniently located and seemed like a new building. Check-in was ok. There was a misunderstanding of reservations but they were worked out. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. However, our in room coffee pot was broken, and when I went down to the common area to get some coffee, the desk clerk told me they didn’t have any. Evidently, they were changing vendors and all the stuff from the current vendor had to be gone before the new vendor would put their products in. Huh?...

« Check-in was perfect with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for adults and children. Pool area was lovely and our granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back! »
