"Had the family room with the bunk beds that is situated in its own little area with a tv and a window. Why no blackout curtain in this area? Kids wake up early with the sunlight. Room was clean. No microwave. Would have been nice to have one. Staff was great at check in Breakfast was ok. It’s better than most hotels. There was fresh fruit tater tots Or hash browns along with scrambled eggs. Pancakes were terrible. Please ditch those and get a waffle maker. The pancakes were so dry. Oh, And there was a toaster Staff did a good job keeping the breakfast items filled. They forgot to hand out utensils and refill the juice dispenser. Ketchup bottle was also empty. Asked if we wanted coffee and never brought anything. Don’t tease people. Just a few little things that could use some extra attention. Hotel would be way cooler if it had a pool"

"We had a pretty good stay at this hotel. The hotel was clean. We were not happy with the 7am fire alarm and standing in the parking lot until we were able to go back in. I know that isn’t the hotels fault but I do wish they had the staff make better communication towards the guests during things like this. Hotel hot tub is hot, and nice! The pool is small. It was clean and also warm enough but I found it pretty small. All and all it was a good hotel and yes I would stay there again."

"Very good service we were in main floor there we some group had some fun in open meeting room they were a bit noisy for that late.floor were not sweept but the bed was comfortable and no stains and no smell very clean bed.the bath room doesn't have fan and washroom can not be looked.but in general we had good family stay for to nights.price were very reasonable. Thanks Radisson."
