"The house is almost nice but has some serious problems that caused the stay to be mediocre. The supplies and house set up was nice. If the problems are fixed it would be a great place. Awesome back yard too. Issues: Major smell of cat pee. Unsure where it came from but it was quite strong. Upstairs AC vents were not working which made downstairs very cold when using the AC Upstairs shower had to be held otherwise it would only spray wall. Washing machine didn't work. If the host fixes these...

"This is a really wonderful, well-laid out, well appointed property, great for large groups. We loved the amenities like the hot tub, grill, and ping pong table, and appreciated the open floor plan. The home is in a great location -- we went to Mayflower Beach most days, which is a short car ride away. We will highly consider returning to this property."

"The property was very clean and the inside was very well maintained and plenty of amenities. Walk to the beach was easy even with young children. Check-in and out and all communication was simple and painless. The outside of the property was usable but a bit neglected- there was an overgrown patio area and a slightly rickety deck. Overall a very.nice stay!"

"Nice upper suite. Clean rooms. It was nice that linens were provided. It had a small mini fridge and small microwave stacked on a table. A table to sit at would have been nice. 2 small mugs and 2 plastic wine glasses were supplied as well. I stayed for 6 nights so I just kept rinsing out my mug. 2 separate AC units provided comfortable temperature. Nice quiet area. The deck was nice. It was wet from condensation in the morning and then hot in afternoon with full sun so I didn’t use it. ...
