Family Cottage Close to Beach!!

Cozy family retreat that can sleep 8-10 people comfortably with 3 bedrooms, finished basement, 2 full bathrooms, outdoor shower, deck/fenced in yard, central A/C, among many other amenities. This home is perfectly located within 1 mile from beach, downtown Harwichport, and Chatham making all shops, restaurants, and nightlife just minutes away. Situated in a quiet neighborhood were kids can ride bikes and explore with no worries. Enclosed fenced backyard includes grill, patio furniture, and yard games (cornhole/Can-Jam) for all to enjoy. Finished basement with TV, blue ray player, puzzles, games, cards allow kids ample space while parents relax upstairs. All linens/blankets/pillows fully supplied for your convenience

Stayed here for a nearby wedding with a group of friends and enjoyed every bit of it! Location is very convenient. Plenty of space for sleeping and relaxing with the plenty of beds, living room, and backyard. House has everything you need. It had a very homey feel which made the stay that much more comfortable. Would highly recommend!

A great house for family. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. The kids loved hanging out in the basement with the big tv. We loved staying in Harwich its such a quant beachy town.

My family ( 2 grandchildren, husband and son/daughter in law) had a great week in Harwich Port. The house was very clean, had newly renovated baths and kitchen, a great private backyard and deck with big table for dining. The layout of the house gave us privacy but enough common space for the 6 of us. Convenient to all beaches and town.

A very well maintained yard which was great for pictures before the wedding we attended. The house was clean, plenty of games for the kids, and plenty of beds for all of us. Excellent place to stay if you're attending an event at the Wychmere.

Excellent Stay

The house was very clean when we arrived, and had plenty of room for the group we had. The kitchen was great and had all the necessities we needed for the stay over the weekend. The backyard is a private and quiet spot to hang out at the large patio table. Great stay would highly recommend.

Perfect getaway cottage

Tucked away in the heart of harwichport this cottage has it all! Clean and updated we felt at ease as soon as we walked in the door. Plenty of room for the kids to have their space and for the adults to relax. Back yard space was well maintained and out door shower was such a great bonus. Fully stocked shed for everything you could need at the beach. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to the Cape. Thanks!

Nice house, damp/ Wet basement

Nice large home, but unfortunately the basement was extremely damp, I tried to keep up with emptying out the humidifier but couldn’t keep up with it. We did have a rainy week while there so it was amplified as the kids didn’t have a place of their own to hang out. Kitchen, bedrooms were nice. Mold on the bathroom ceiling was concerning. Waze led us astray getting there, use google maps.
