A bright, open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining, and living rooms with plenty of seating for easy entertaining. Just a short walk to Hen Cove Beach, a quaint spot in the idyllic village of Pocasset. The Space: Upon entering the house, you will find the first of two living rooms. This one has a large sectional sofa and four chairs that accentuate the beautiful hardwood floors and the large bay window. Set up to have separate seating areas for intimate conversations, everyone can have their own space or gather all together in the large, open room. You’ll also find a large mounted Smart TV so you can log into your streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. On the lower level there is an additional TV room with a sectional couch with chase, and an oversized stuffed chair and ottoman. Relax for a movie night with the large mounted Smart TV so you can log into your streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. Back upstairs you’ll find a loft that includes an office area with spectacular views, a stylish desk with an ergonomic chair and fiber optic internet. Great place for those who want to mix work and pleasure. Regardless of the season, views from these windows are particularly special. Brand new kitchen with GE Cafe Appliances including a stainless steel flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher and french door refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. Well stocked kitchen with all the necessary cooking/serving items including glasses, mugs, cookware, utensils, plates and bowls, to prepare gourmet meals. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee from the Kurig or a whole pot for the family in the 12 cup drip coffee pot. The separate dining area has a large table with seating for up to ten. This area opens up to the large porch with an outdoor table that seats six, gas BBQ, and large outdoor tv. Additionally there is a pickleball/basketball court as well as an outdoor shower. There are a total of six bedrooms to accommodate guests during your stay, for easy planning here are the bedroom layouts: Master Bedroom: King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: 2 Queen Beds Bedroom 5: 2 Twin Beds Bedroom 6: 3 Twin Beds with 1 Trundle There are two full size bathrooms. The first bathroom is equipped with a stand up shower. The second bathroom boasts a tub/shower combo. Other things to get excited about: \-Two stairs to the front door, twelve stairs to the bedrooms and one step to the back breezeway. \-Beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home. \-Central air to keep every room in the house cool. \-Multiple TVs throughout: living room, tv room, breezeway, and 4/6 of the bedrooms. \-Board games, lawn games (Kan Jam, Cornhole boards, etc) \-Wagon to transport all your beach needs \-Beach chairs \-New outdoor shower installed In 2024! \-Parking for up to five cars in the driveway. \-Solo stove available for use outside, guests are asked leave it over the brick area and not move it. The Neighborhood: The location of the home is ideal. Less than 10 minute walk to beach (Hen Cove), less than 10 minute drive to the Lobster Cove, .5 miles to the World Famous Chart Room, and the house backs up to to a golf course. We had a group together for a memorial service, and were able to sleep 16\. It was clean and pleasant. Some tips: - the seafood store down the road is amazing and cute - if you are a chef type, bring knives - 2 bathrooms for 16 ppl can get a little tight, so make sure your group is ready to share the space, etc. Overall, a great and affordable way to get a group of ppl together for a quiet gathering. This was our first use of VRBO to rent a vacation house since we have our own vacation house on a lake in northeast PA. Our experience was great. The house is exactly what the website shows and there was more than enough for our entire family of 10\. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were fantastic. There was even a first floor bedroom which was great because one of out family members have mobility issues. If we decide to return to Cape Cod next summer, we will certainly consider this house as a rental. ##### Stuart P. House was very clean and seemed like we were first-time renters with brand new appliances & furniture. Bedding and beds were hotel quality. Plenty of kitchenware and cookware. We are in for every meal with small children. What we thought this property could use: outdoor shower, fire pit, and didn’t have access to the amenities listed for outdoor games, beach chairs, or wagon that were locked in the garage. Reached out but wasn’t resolved. However, we all agreed we would stay there again. The property has a huge yard and plenty of parking which isn’t easy to find on the Cape. ##### Karen G.
