This is a large guest room in my 1 1/2 story home. This room is downstairs and has a queen size bed. The bathroom is right next door to the bedroom. While there is not a private entrance from the bedroom into the bathroom, this bathroom will only be used by guest. I am out of town a lot so you will more than likely have the house to yourself but there is a chance i could be there. Just please double check before booking if you are wanting the house to yourself. You will have access to the kitchen, living room and laundry room; basically everything that’s downstairs. My bedroom/bathroom is the only thing upstairs and off limits to guest. I do have a husky named Kanyon that will be at the house even when I’m gone. She is very kind and self sufficient with automatic food & water and a doggie door. You can give her treats if you like. Just keep your bedroom door closed while you're gone. I keep her out of the bedrooms and off of the furniture. She’s very well behaved and great with other dogs. If you are planning on bringing a pet you must have my approval first. Aggressive breeds are not allowed. I also have a shihtzu that travels with me. He will only be at the house if I'm in town. This is a very quiet, safe subdivision. Safe to walk the neighborhood. There's also a playground at the entrance of the subdivision you could walk or drive to. Town is only about 5 mins away. There are many restaurants that deliver if you like to stay in. There isn’t a gym nor a garden to my knowledge. Also, there is a dog on the premises. Her name is Kanyon and she is very sweet! But she isn’t mentioned until after you pay. I’m afraid of large dogs and wouldn’t have paid if I’d known there was one in the house. However, Kanyon is very sweet and loving doggie! My real issue was with the bathroom. The neighborhood seemed nice and safe. Kanyon(the dog) was friendly and well mannered. However, the air fresheners plugged into outlets in every room in the house to mask the dog smell were overwhelming. We had to unplug the one in our room, it was just too much. The house was little more run down than the pictures made it look, but our room and bathroom were clean.
