"The hosts are incredibly friendly, hospitable, and communicative. The glampsite is located very close to an event space that hosts a lot of weddings, so while not having access to running water/ bathrooms the better part of a Saturday wasn’t my favorite thing, it also wasn’t a dealbreaker. The driveway, mentioned in other reviews, was not an issue. Get to know your lower gears. Five stars all around, ten stars for Pokey, the friendliest camp cat in three counties"

"Our family throughly enjoyed our extraordinary week spent here. With myself having mobility issues, it was awesome that all living and sleeping areas, and all entrances were on the main level. We loved the absolute seclusion, but was easily accessible to get to. Our only neighbors were a some bear families...alot of them. We adored their daily visits, just note, don't leave the doors open to soak up the mountain air...they will make themselves at home 😉"

"It was wonderful to find plenty of plates, utensils, and other basics in kitchen for preparing meals. Outdoor deck and pool area were more than anyone needs to enjoy the outdoors. Our pooch loved the wooded fenced in property. There were 6 of us, and we all agreed that your home would be a wonderful place to re-visit on another "USMC Reunion". "We and our friends are in the area often and mostly stayed in motels until finding this house. We love that it’s always clean and cozy. It isn’t like some of the huge houses we typically rent in Gatlinburg or Myrtle Beach but it is set up well and we have just enough space for 3 couples. There is a pull out bed in the den upstairs if any of our kids decide to tag along. We love that when we walk in, it’s like coming home. Also, we have kids and grandkids close by who love to come visit us there....

We had a little issue on check as our door code was changed prior to arrival but the app Dack came to the rescue allowing us to unlock the door whenever we needed.
