Located at just under 3 miles to Pigeon Forge, 15 miles from Gatlinburg, and 9 miles to the heart of Sevierville we are close enough to enjoy everything on your list! 4 season home with 1100sq. feet including 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. My husband is rather fit at 82 years old, however the “sidewalk” was made of round stones and it was even hard for the younger people in our group to manage. The beds were just a mattress on a low metal frame which was also not something I was expecting. We were attending a wedding in the area. After seeing the property and spending one night of our three nights, I reached out and asked if we could have a refund for our last night as the property was quite secluded, and I was told no. We had zero cell service, which meant no help if we had an emergency. So, We went into town and got a hotel. We paid for 3 nights and spent one at the property Unless you are extremely fit, and bring water with you I would think twice. Also I will add that the entrance door had a wreath on it that said Merry Christmas, the wedding we attended was August 10, 2025\. ##### Donna W. The listing is just like the pictures online and has everything a family could need for a stay in the Smoky Mountains. It was also very clean, probably one of the cleanest our family has stayed in.
